- A proven track record in participatory implementation, engagement, and local ownership
- Trusted, flexible, and experienced coordination capacity at grassroots level
OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE DESTINATIONS
We bring a deep understanding of rural dynamics and 17+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing grassroots-led solutions that respond to demographic, social, and infrastructural challenges. Our work ensures that innovation remains practical, inclusive, and embedded in real community needs.
We can offer the following to the consortium:
- Proven capacity to design and deliver community pilots and co-creation processes
- Skilled engagement of diverse rural groups, including:
- Young families, elderly, 55+ unemployed, and youth with special needs (16+)
- Extensive experience with Smart Village models and village-level strategies
- Strong methodology for data collection, participatory evaluation, and feedback loops
- Access to a vibrant regional ecosystem of municipalities, NGOs, entrepreneurs, and civil society
- Active collaboration with Estonian LEADER Network, universities, civil protection agencies, and social innovation actors
- Support for dissemination, replication, and scaling across rural areas with similar characteristics
OUR SPECIFIC ROLE IN THE CONSORTIUM
We serve as a bridge between innovation and rural communities, ensuring that project results are tested, relevant, and grounded in everyday realities. With our strong track record in participatory implementation, we turn research into action.
In the project, we can take responsibility for:
- Local piloting and demonstration activities in real village settings
- Engaging & coordinating stakeholders, citizens, municipalities, NGOs, & SMEs
- Facilitating co-creation workshops, focus groups, and peer-learning formats
- Translating research into accessible formats and tools for end-users
- Providing community-based feedback and impact insights
- Contributing to Work Packages related to:
- Multi-actor engagement and community innovation
- Capacity building and local governance
- Dissemination, replication, and storytelling through practical examples
- Offering a digitally advanced, socio-demographically diverse testbed region for piloting scalable solutions
